Along the way
Schedule
- Day 1
Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, meet your driver and enjoy a private transfer to your selected hotel.
After check-in, take some time to relax. Depending on your arrival time, an introductory meeting with a property specialist may be arranged to discuss your priorities, review the initial shortlist, and confirm the programme for the following days.
Enjoy the evening at leisure or let us arrange an optional welcome dinner featuring Georgian cuisine.
- Day 2
After breakfast, explore neighbourhoods selected around your lifestyle and purchasing goals. Your route may include Vake, Saburtalo, Krtsanisi, or other areas that interest you.
Look beyond the property itself and discover its surroundings: local streets, parks, shops, cafés, transport connections, and the atmosphere of everyday life.
Throughout the day, visit pre-arranged properties accompanied by a property specialist. Depending on your preferences, the selection may include completed apartments, new developments, or private houses.
During each viewing, discuss the property’s features, what is included in the sale, the proposed terms, and any questions requiring further investigation before a purchase.
There will be time for a lunch break and a discussion of your first impressions. At the end of the day, identify the most promising options for further consideration.
- Day 3
After breakfast, revisit your preferred properties or explore additional options. Take a closer look at layouts, building condition, surroundings, and the details that matter most to you.
By prior arrangement, meet an independent local lawyer to discuss the purchase process, required documents, the scope of property due diligence, and proposed contract terms. Legal checks and document preparation are agreed upon separately with the lawyer.
If required, meetings can also be arranged with a developer’s representative, a seller, or a property management company.
In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walk through Old Tbilisi. Discover its atmospheric streets, the Abanotubani sulphur bath district, Rike Park, and the Bridge of Peace. This is a chance to step away from property viewings and experience the city you may choose to call home.
- Day 4
After breakfast, enjoy free time depending on your flight schedule.
At the agreed time, meet your driver at the hotel for your private transfer to Tbilisi International Airport.
Return home with a clearer understanding of the city, the properties you have viewed, and the next steps you may wish to take.
